E-cards are issued same day. All cards are digital and will be delivered to the email provided by you at the time of course completion.

The training type you need depends on what you need it for. If you are taking a class to satisfy work or school requirements, we recommend you check with your employer or school prior to signing up. Although we can try to guide you on what class to take, it is always best to confirm with the proper people.

We certify through both the America Heart Association and the American Red Cross.

Blended learning/hybrid courses offer online material that is completed prior to coming in for a skills session. During the in-person skills session, any questions regarding the online portion will also be answered.

No, cards are all digital now although you are able to print your certification if needed.

BLS is CPR for the healthcare provider and the certification needed by anyone who works in a healthcare setting. The CPR/AED class is for anyone in a non-medical setting. This class is meant for teachers, trainers, sitters, and anyone else that is not considered a medical provider.

Yes, ALL of our courses cover all three modules.

All of our certifications are valid for 2 years.

We schedule these classes by appointment at a time that is convenient for both the instructor and student.

No, the Family & Friends course is designed specifically for someone who is wanting to learn CPR but does not need a certificate for work, school, or any other reason. If you would like a certificate, please sign up for either a CPR/AED course or BLS course.
