We understand that situations and emergencies may arise, should you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please contact the office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class date by calling us at 818-842-5333 during office hours, Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-8:00PM and Saturdays/Sundays 9:00AM-3:00PM. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
Please note, classes require a $20 deposit to hold the seat. For group classes, a $100 deposit is taken at the time of booking.
Due to strict limitations on class size and seating availability, cancellation and rescheduling policies apply regardless of reason and are non-negotiable. This includes illness, quarantine, etc.
Classes may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Any reschedules after the grace period are subject to loss of deposit.
Class begins promptly at the designated time. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time to sign in and be seated. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN.
Upon registering for a class:
- A confirmation email is sent upon receipt of your registration. Please be on the lookout for this email as it contains information needed for the class.
- It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that you are enrolled in the correct class. Please check with your employer or school if you have questions regarding which class to take.
- CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING MUST BE RECEIVED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE via email or by calling our office at 818-842-5333.
- There are NO REFUNDS for 1-on-1 training sessions once the online course link has been sent. You must attend the in-person session within 60 days of completing the online course.
- There are NO REFUNDS for online/hybrid training once the online course link has been sent. You must attend the in-person session within 60 days of completing the online course.
Rescheduling:
- Course RESCHEDULING (for any reason) must be submitted ONLINE at least 24 prior to class date (2 business days for Instructor course and 1-on-1 sessions). You may also call our office during business hours at 818-842-5333.
- There are no refunds for classes canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice.
- You must reschedule to the SAME CLASS TYPE within 90 days of original payment to qualify for the rescheduling discount.
- If you miss or reschedule your rescheduled class for any reason, the full course fee will be due.
- We reserve the right to decline your rescheduled date due to limited seating on that date.
- Children are not allowed during the class. Please do not bring children to class. You will be asked to reschedule and the rescheduling policy applies.
- Original payment is valid for 90 days, after which the payment is forfeited and the full course fee will be due to register again.
Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations are only available for in-person classes and must be requested no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. There will not be any refunds issued for any online or hybrid courses once the link has been sent.

The BLS Course satisfies the requirements for healthcare professionals and covers 1-and 2-rescuer adult, child, and infant CPR. This course also covers choking, use of an AED machine, bag-valve devices, and rescue breathing techniques.

The American Heart Association’s Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) course is designed for healthcare providers who are directly involved in the resuscitation of a patient in a critical medical setting such as EMS, ER’s, surgery centers, or ICU’s. Medical providers enhance and hone in skills through didactic lectures and hands on sessions in simulated scenarios of the care of an adults in cardiovascular and neurological emergencies.
8 hour class | $190
This course is designed for those with little to no medical training who are in need of CPR certification to enhance their job prospect or provide care for a loved one. The course covers basic CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) skills, as well as choking assistance for adults, children, and infants. Upon completing this interactive hands on class, you will be comfortable performing life saving CPR in cardiac emergencies.

First Aid/CPR & AED
This combination course covers CPR/AED and first aid basics such as bleeding, burns, shock, sprains and strains, and various other first aid basics.

7 Hour Class | $70
The pediatric based combination course is designed to meet the regulatory requirements put in place for childcare workers in all 50 states. This course covers adult, child, and infant. CPR/AED and First Aid training along with how to manage injuries and illnesses until medical professionals arrive. This course also focuses on injury prevention, protocol for reporting injuries and illnesses, and dealing with possible child abuse and/or neglect situations.

-People who are looking to adopt or foster children
8 hour class | $80
This course is designed specifically for workers with a reasonable chance of coming into contact with bloodborne pathogens such as correctional officers, childcare workers, security guards, maintenance workers, school personnel, hotel housekeepers, health and fitness club staff and tattoo artists. This course is designed to meet OSHA requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction. Upon completion of the online course, students receive a course completion certificate that can be presented to employers. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.

Family & Friends CPR is for people who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card to meet a job requirement. This course is ideal for community groups, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and others interested in learning how to save a life. This class is similar to the CPR/AED class except it does NOT come with certificate of completion.
1.5 hour class | $40
The Infant CPR Rental Kit is designed to be used at home and comes with an instructional video, an infant manikin, and all the tools you’ll need to learn infant CPR. This course is perfect for anyone who would like to learn infant CPR but does not require a certification for work or for school.
